The complex stands on a hillside rich in vegetation, you will feel embraced by nature, immersed in a landscape that enraptures the heart and soothes the mind: equipped with a panoramic whirlpool bath for the use of the rooms, and a splendid view of Montefeltro. You will be able to stay in one of the 5 full-featured apartments, all of which include a living room with an equipped kitchenette, wood-burning fireplace, TV, sofas and armchairs, electric oven, and a bathroom with bidet, toilet sink and shower. Depending then on the people who intend to stay overnight, we entrust apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, up to a total of 6 people per apartment. To complete the experience, guests of the Huts have free access to the outdoor swimming pool at the nearby Agriturismo i Palazzi, and can eat local dishes in their restaurant. The location of the facilities is strategic for discovering our beautiful territory: with about an hour's drive you can visit the most famous amusement and water parks in central Italy such as Acquafan, Oltremare, Fiabilandia, Italia in Miniatura and the Falconara Zoopark to spend a fun-filled day with friends or family. The sea is only 60 km away with the well-known seaside resorts of Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica, Pesaro and Fano. If, on the other hand, you want to spend a day of culture, we recommend a visit to the splendid art city of Urbino, just 40 minutes away. If you wish, we will take you to discover our lands: We organise excursions, on foot, on horseback and by mountain bike. Just 10 km from the facilities you will find a magnificent padel court. Ce hameau avec 5 appartements et une petite piscine/hydromassage est situé au milieu d'une nature intacte et dans une zone tranquille au milieu des Apennins. Le hameau est situé au bout d'une route sur une colline et offre une vue spectaculaire sur la vallée de Metauro. Le hameau était habité par une famille d'agriculteurs qui exploitaient les terres environnantes. Tous les appartements ont été entièrement rénovés en conservant les détails d'origine, notamment les poutres apparentes au plafond et les carreaux de terre cuite. Les appartements sont meublés avec goût et offrent une atmosphère rustique et chaleureuse. Un terrain de football et de volley-ball à cinq est disponible sur la pelouse. Il est possible de faire des dégustations de vins locaux, de chasser les truffes avec des guides et des chiens qualifiés, de visiter la ferme équestre avec des races prestigieuses sélectionnées, de faire des excursions guidées en quad et de pratiquer la pêche sportive. Dans les environs, vous pouvez faire de la randonnée, du VTT ou de l'équitation. Il y a une rivière dans laquelle vous pouvez vous baigner et la plage est à une heure de route. La région est riche en beaux villages médiévaux et en villes à visiter, notamment Urbino. Dom położony jest na końcu dróżki na wzgórzu, rozciąga się stąd spektakularny widok na dolinę Metauro. W domu tym mieszkały niegdyś rodziny rolników, którzy uprawiali ziemię. Wszystkie apartamenty są całkowicie odrestaurowane. Oryginalne detale, w tym drewniane belki sufitowe i kafelki cotto, zostały zachowane. Apartamenty są atrakcyjnie urządzone i posiadają rustykalną, przyjemną atmosferę. Esta aldea con 5 pisos y una pequeña piscina/hidromasaje se encuentra en medio de una naturaleza virgen y en una zona tranquila en medio de los Apeninos. El paisaje es precioso y la puesta de sol es impresionante. La aldea se encuentra al final de una carretera en una colina y desde ella se tiene una vista espectacular del valle de Metauro. La aldea estaba habitada por una familia de agricultores que trabajaban la tierra de los alrededores. Todos los pisos han sido completamente renovados conservando los detalles originales, incluidas las vigas vistas del techo y las baldosas de terracota.
