This wonderful chalet is placed between the two of the most beautiful lakes of this lively summer town and only 1 km away from the beach, so its is perfect for those who love the water around. The gravel garden is perfect to relax while having breakfast outdoors, chatting surrounded by peace with a glass of wine or enjoying a succulent barbecue. Then the swinging hammock under the porch will allow you to withdraw while reading a book or listening to some music. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. While the exterior area features a traditional style, the inside surprises with its modernity and delicacy. When you enter you find a great living room with AC which leads to the dining and the kitchen. Here you find a comfortable sofa where you can sit and watch TV, listen to a CD or take a nap after a delicious banquet that you will enjoy on the dining table and cook on the ceramic top. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is 1 bathroom with a shower in the house as well as three bedrooms with a closet each. One has a single bed and the other two have two twin beds each. These two last have a fan and space for a baby cot and a high chair. There is an AC unit in the corridor to cool down the bedrooms. In addition, there are two radiators for the coldest days. Outside, you’ll find a toilet. The area of Puerto de Alcudia is special thanks to its great tourist offer: water sports, night life, shops, restaurants, cafes, ice-cream parlours and much more, specially in the summer. It also boasts one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in the island thanks to its crystalline waters and white sand. However, if you feel like knowing small dream-like coves you can visit the ones of Sant Joan or La Victoria, the first of sand and the second of rocks and stones. In case you want to play golf you will find the course of Alcanada about 7.6 km away boasting impressive views to the bay and sea. Este maravilloso chalet se sitúa entre dos de los lagos más bonitos de este animado pueblo costero, y a tan sólo 1 km de su orilla, lo que lo hace perfecto para los amantes de las aguas. En su jardín de grava, pueden relajarse tomando un desayuno al aire libre, charlando rodeados de calma junto a una copa de vino o bien preparar una exquisita barbacoa. Luego, una hamaca colgante bajo el porche, invita a los más solitarios a disfrutar de un rato de paz leyendo un libro o escuchando algo de música. La propiedad está vallada y hay vecinos. Mientras los exteriores cuentan con un estilo tradicional, los interiores sorprenden con gran modernidad y delicadeza. Al entrar encuentran una gran sala de estar, con a/c, que se abre paso hacia el comedor y la cocina. Aquí tienen un cómodo sofá para tumbarse a ver la TV, escuchar su CD favorito o a echar una siesta después de un buen banquete degustado en la robusta mesa de comedor y preparado en la cocina de vitrocerámica. La cocina dispone de acceso directo al exterior, eso la hace muy funcional. La lavandería ofrece una lavadora, una plancha y una tabla para planchar. Hay un baño con ducha en la casa y tres dormitorios con armario, uno con una cama individual y los otros dos con dos camas individuales cada uno, aunque uno de éstos últimos cuenta con un ventilador y con espacio para alojar una cuna y una trona. Las habitaciones no disponen de a/c, pero el pasillo donde se distribuyen sí, para de esta manera poder refrescarlas. Adicionalmente, hay dos radiadores. En el exterior también encontrarán un aseo. La zona de Puerto de Alcúdia es especial por su gran oferta turística, tanto de deportes acuáticos como de entretenimiento nocturno, de tiendas, de restaurantes, cafeterías, heladerías y mucho más, y especialmente en temporada alta. Cuenta también con una de las playas más extensas y bonitas de la isla, por sus aguas cristalinas y su arena blanca. Sin embargo, si les apetece conocer pequeñas calas de ensueño, pueden visitar las dos calas de Sant Joan o La Victoria, unas de arena y las otras de roca. Si les gusta el golf, a 7.6 km tienen el Golf Alcanada, y si les gustan los mercados tradicionales y artesanos, no dejen de visitar Alcúdia los martes y los domingos.
