This holiday home consists of five individually furnished apartments so perfect for different families or friends travelling together; the complex is an ancient "inn" completely restored. A convenient parking, a garden, a terrace area complete the picture. Immersed in nature and in the hills just north of Pistoia, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday and for visiting the interesting surroundings and the rest of Tuscany. The sofa beds can comfortably accommodate two children or an adult. The house is about 20 minutes from Florence and Lucca, Pistoia has much to offer in terms of history, art, monuments, folk traditions, nature and gastronomic specialties. In the picturesque streets of the old town you will find many good restaurants that authentic dishes of Tuscan tradition at fairer prices than most with other Italian cities. The main market of the monumental cathedral square and the surrounding streets twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday morning) and is not to be missed! A new entrance has been created on the ground floor, closer to the car park and more easily accessible by car. From the entrance you can access the house either by stairs or by elevator. All the bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen are on the first floor. The new spaces are the bedroom with bathroom, reachable by lift and the living room connected to both the lift and the kitchen with dining area. Other improvements that have been made are the new outdoor pool, new solar shower, new heat pump for pool heating, new outdoor dining tables. Dieses Ferienhaus besteht aus fünf individuell eingerichteten Apartments und eignet sich ideal für verschiedene Familien oder gemeinsam reisende Freunde. Der Komplex ist ein vollständig restauriertes altes Gasthaus. Ein bequemer Parkplatz, ein Garten und eine Terrasse runden das Bild ab. Eingebettet in die Natur und die Hügel nördlich von Pistoia ist es ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub und für Ausflüge in die interessante Umgebung und die restliche Toskana. Die Schlafsofas bieten bequem Platz für zwei Kinder oder einen Erwachsenen. Das Haus liegt etwa 20 Minuten von Florenz und Lucca entfernt. Pistoia hat viel zu bieten: Geschichte, Kunst, Denkmäler, Volkstraditionen, Natur und kulinarische Spezialitäten. In den malerischen Gassen der Altstadt finden Sie viele gute Restaurants, die authentische Gerichte der toskanischen Tradition zu fairen Preisen anbieten als in den meisten anderen italienischen Städten. Der Hauptmarkt auf dem monumentalen Domplatz und den umliegenden Straßen findet zweimal wöchentlich (Mittwoch- und Samstagmorgen) statt und ist ein absolutes Muss! Ein neuer Eingang im Erdgeschoss wurde geschaffen, näher am Parkplatz und leichter mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man entweder über die Treppe oder mit dem Aufzug ins Haus. Alle Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche befinden sich im ersten Stock. Die neuen Bereiche sind das Schlafzimmer mit Bad, das mit dem Aufzug erreichbar ist, das mit dem Aufzug verbundene Wohnzimmer und die Küche mit Essbereich. Weitere Verbesserungen sind der neue Außenpool, eine neue Solardusche, eine neue Wärmepumpe zur Poolheizung und neue Esstische im Freien. El complejo es una antigua posada completamente restaurada. Un cómodo aparcamiento, un jardín y una terraza completan el conjunto. Inmersa en la naturaleza y en las colinas al norte de Pistoia, es ideal para unas vacaciones relajantes y para visitar los interesantes alrededores y el resto de la Toscana. Los sofás cama pueden alojar cómodamente a dos niños o un adulto. La casa se encuentra a unos 20 minutos de Florencia y Lucca. Pistoia tiene mucho que ofrecer en cuanto a historia, arte, monumentos, tradiciones populares, naturaleza y especialidades gastronómicas. En las pintorescas calles del casco antiguo encontrará numerosos restaurantes de calidad que ofrecen auténticos platos de tradición toscana a precios más competitivos que en la mayoría de las ciudades italianas. ¡No se pierda el mercado principal de la monumental plaza de la catedral y las calles circundantes dos veces por semana (miércoles y sábado por la mañana)! Nichée en pleine nature et dans les collines au nord de Pistoia, elle est idéale pour des vacances reposantes et pour visiter les environs et le reste de la Toscane. Les canapés-lits peuvent accueillir confortablement deux enfants ou un adulte. La maison se trouve à environ 20 minutes de Florence et de Lucques. I divani letto possono ospitare comodamente due bambini o un adulto. La casa dista circa 20 minuti da Firenze e Lucca; Pistoia ha molto da offrire in termini di storia, arte, monumenti, tradizioni popolari, natura e specialità gastronomiche. Nelle pittoresche vie del centro storico troverete numerosi ottimi ristoranti che propongono piatti autentici della tradizione toscana a prezzi più onesti rispetto alla maggior parte delle altre città italiane. Tutte le camere da letto, il soggiorno e la cucina si trovano al primo piano. I nuovi spazi sono la camera da letto con bagno, raggiungibile tramite ascensore, e il soggiorno, collegato sia all'ascensore che alla cucina con zona pranzo. Altri miglioramenti apportati includono la nuova piscina esterna, una nuova doccia solare, una nuova pompa di calore per il riscaldamento della piscina, nuovi tavoli da pranzo esterni, una stazione di ricarica per veicoli elettrici e un ascensore per il superamento delle barriere architettoniche.

Midden in de natuur en in de heuvels net ten noorden van Pistoia, is het ideaal voor een ontspannen vakantie en om de interessante omgeving en de rest van Toscane te bezoeken. De slaapbanken bieden comfortabel plaats aan twee kinderen of een volwassene. Het huis ligt op ongeveer 20 minuten van Florence en Lucca, Pistoia heeft veel te bieden op het gebied van geschiedenis, kunst, monumenten, volkstradities, natuur en gastronomische specialiteiten.
