Welcome to our fantastic VERI ALT finca with space for up to 6 people and a private 7 x 4 m saltwater pool. The house was recently restored and is located in a wonderful place in full contact with nature. There are sheep, horses and a variety of native bird species in the adjacent fields. On the ground floor is the large living room with a long dining table, the opposite kitchen equipped with an oven,microwave and dishwasher, one of the bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. Willkommen auf unserer fantastischen Finca mit Platz für bis zu 6 Personen in ruhiger Lage und einem privaten Salzwasserpool von 7 x 4 m. Das Landhaus wurde kürzlich restauriert und befindet sich an einem wunderschönen Ort auf dem Land. Auf den angrenzenden Feldern gibt es Schafe, Pferde und eine Vielzahl einheimischer Vogelarten. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten; 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein zusätzliches Duschbad neben dem Pool. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das große Wohnzimmer mit einem langen Esstisch, die gegenüberliegende Küche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler, eines der Schlafzimmer und eines der beiden Badezimmer. Natürlich gibt es WLAN, Sat-TV und Grill. Eine Treppe führt vom Flur in das Obergeschoss, wo das zweite Schlafzimmer als offene Galerie und das dritte Schlafzimmer dahinter unterteilt sind. Hier befindet sich auch das zweite Badezimmer. Das Ferienhaus liegt weniger als 10 Fahrminuten von Llucmajor und der Hauptstadt Palma entfernt, deren Hafen und historisches Zentrum einen Besuch wert sind. Welkom in onze fantastische finca , rustig gelegen met een privé zoutwaterzwembad. Het landhuis is recentelijk gerestaureerd en ligt op een heerlijke plek in de vrije natuur. Er zijn schapen, paarden en een verscheidenheid aan inheemse vogelsoorten in de aangrenzende velden. Het huis heeft 3 slaapkamers met tweepersoonsbedden; 2 badkamers met douche en een extra badkamer met douche naast het zwembad. Op de begane grond bevindt zich de grote woonkamer met lange eettafel, de tegenoverliggende keuken met oven, magnetron en vaatwasser, een van de slaapkamers en een van de twee badkamers. Uiteraard is er wifi internet, satelliet tv en grill. Een trap leidt vanuit de hal naar de bovenverdieping waar de tweede slaapkamer is verdeeld als een open galerij en de derde slaapkamer erachter, hier is ook de tweede badkamer. Het vakantiehuis ligt op minder dan 10 minuten rijden van Llucmajor en de hoofdstad Palma, waarvan de haven en het historische centrum de moeite waard zijn.
