The subdivision seeks to add to the integration of the landscape through urbanization criteria such as the densities allowed by land the shared green areas of the subdivision the height restrictions and the allowed materials.Koh will have a vegetation buffer of approximately 7.80 m to the northeast to the southeast to the neighboring land and to the southwest will be the interior road of the subdivision. The vegetation buffers are for the use of all tenants and have paths and urban equipment surrounded by the original vegetation of the site.Koh a cougar with a unique vision roamed the jungle which he considered his home. He was looking for a place to settle as he was going from one point to another and nowhere was good for him. He found a space in the jungle in which he could call Nah home.
