Orientación sur.La propiedad es parte de un edificio muy singular, donde había una antigua panadería y un antiguo horno de pan (conservando la gran chimenea de ladrillo). El edificio se encontraba en mal estado de conservación y fue objeto de una rehabilitación total que permitió mantener las características del edificio original reviviendo estos elementos antiguos.
