¿Quieres vivir en el campo y que la casa mantenga su carisma original? ¡Esta puede que te interese y es una propiedad muy agradable y peculiar, sigue leyendo!Localizada a pocos minutos de San Clemente, en el camino de Torelló, tiene camino asfaltado hasta la misma y acceso tanto desde San Clemente como desde el Camí Vell. Es un edificio de planta baja y planta piso con cubierta a dos aguas y orientación Sur. Si bien en origen era una vivienda, estuvo desde 1969 funcionando como restaurante y era conocido como 'El Sereno', habiendo cesado la actividad en el año 2006.La casa está en muy buen estado y encontramos partes de lo que fue el restaurante en la planta baja, y una vivienda propiamente dicha en la planta primera. Aun al estar adosada al vecino, mantiene una privacidad total guardando las vistas en todo momento. Junto a la vivienda hay las antiguas boyeras que actualmente son almacenes y trasteros.

Lisez la suite !Située à quelques minutes de San Clemente, sur la route de Torelló, elle dispose d'une route asphaltée et d'un accès à la fois depuis San Clemente et depuis le Cami Vell. Il s'agit d'une construction avec un rez-de-chaussée et premier étage, avec un toit à double pente et une orientation sud. Bien qu'il s'agisse à l'origine d'une maison, elle a été utilisée comme restaurant depuis 1969 et était connue sous le nom de 'El Sereno', ayant cessé son activité en 2006.La maison est en très bon état et il reste des parties de ce qui fut le restaurant au rez-de-chaussée, ainsi qu'un logement au premier étage. Bien qu'elle soit rattachée à la maison voisine, elle conserve une totale intimité tout en préservant les vues à tout moment. À côté de la maison, il y a les anciennes étables à bétail qui sont actuellement utilisées comme entrepôts et salles de stockage.
