The property is excellent either for full-time living in Spain or for a "lock-up and leave" holiday home. The large conservatory as you enter the property allows the winter sunshine to flood through and create natural warmth whilst, in summer, all the windows can be opened or easily removed to allow the cool mountain breeze to blow through. The views from the conservatory are as good as it gets and you can see right across the valley and to the mountains in the South. This is the space the owner will be spending the vast majority of their "inside" time and there is a dining table and chairs as well as a sofa area.
Inside there is a lounge/diner and a feature log-burning fireplace and then the typically Spanish-Sized, as in small, kitchen but you have to bear in mind the Spanish rarely cook in the kitchen in country properties as nearly everything is done on the BBQ.
There are four bedrooms, two are doubles and two are best described as singles although one could take a double bed.
In the land is a storage room and a covered shaded area and there is also a separate "corral" an Animal Shelter and a large workshop.
The property is low maintenance and has mains water and electricity. There are neighbours but it is incredibly tranquil and not overlooked.

This charming chalet, located very close to Monovar, offers a wonderful opportunity to acquire a property with ample living space and breathtaking views. Just 7 minutes' drive from the market town of Monover and a few minutes more to Pinoso, this property provides the perfect balance of tranquillity and accessibility. The property has the feel of being remote, with spectacular views and the refreshing scent of pine and rosemary from the nearby mountains.
