Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich Gewerbe- und Wirtschaftsgebäude, nämlich:

Die Gebäude sind mit allen Anschlüssen legalisiert. Sie werden derzeit geschäftlich genutzt (Vermietung von Büroflächen)
Die Gebäude werden von mehreren Unternehmen untervermietet, und wenn durch einen Vorvertrag oder Kaufvertrag eine Einigung über den Kauf und Verkauf von Grundstücken erzielt wird, beträgt die Kündigungsfrist für dieselben Unternehmen 6 Monate, sodass der Besitz sofort danach betreten werden kann die Kündigungsfrist läuft ab. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, Büroflächen weiterhin bei denselben Unternehmen zu vermieten.
Für die bestehenden Gebäude wurde ein Architekturfoto des ausgeführten Zustands angefertigt und eine Entscheidung über den ausgeführten Zustand eingeholt. Alle Beiträge wurden bezahlt und werden bei der Erteilung einer Baugenehmigung für zukünftige Projekte abgezogen
