On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining room and a living room, a utility room and a toilet, and in the basement a room with a bar. In front of the house is a terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a fireplace.
There are two rooms on the first floor, each with a private bathroom. The women's room is unique with a floating bed hanging from the ship's ropes, and the men's room with a large mirror.
On the first floor there is a heated pool with built-in jets and a terrace for enjoying the sun or the shade of an old mulberry tree.
The attic is a space for enjoying the spa area: sauna, jacuzzi and massage table.
During the reconstruction, every detail was taken care of and all the original parts of the house were preserved and reconstructed, all the furniture was handmade, and the stone sinks were carved by hand.
There is underfloor heating throughout the house, and all rooms are air-conditioned.

Beim Wiederaufbau wurde auf jedes Detail geachtet und alle Originalteile des Hauses wurden erhalten und rekonstruiert, alle Möbel wurden handgefertigt und die Steinwaschbecken wurden von Hand geschnitzt.
