Ground floor is very open, connects directly to the terrace and on to the pool. There is also a small kitchenette and toilet on this level, so potential for a guest area. First floor has two bedrooms, living area and kitchen, and then on the top floor there is another bedroom. All levels have large terraces.. . The property has good internet as the current owners work from home, and it is located about 15 mins from the beach (12k), and 30 mins (30k) from Valencia city.. . If you have been following our blog, then you'll know this seems a bit cheap for what it is, and there are 2 negatives.
