The old town is one of the nicest parts of the city. Lots of small restaurants and bars, steeped in history, but it can be hard to find good quality properties there, and there’s always a little sacrifice that has to be made. . . This penthouse apartment is over 131m2, enough room for a large living room, separate dining room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 of those ensuite, 3 bathrooms in total. Oh yeah, there’s also a roof terrace. In fact if you were considering a bit of mid-term rental, this ticks a lot of boxes, won’t have too many empty months.. . What there isn’t though is a lift. This is the third floor, quite doable for most people, in fact some would say no bad thing to incorporate a little bit of exercise into your daily routine. Some people might say those people can mind their own bloody business, but they’re probably right. And if you don’t enjoy the steps, I’ll tell you what I was told when we were young and had to do something we didn’t like – ‘Offer it up for the holy souls’. . . So buy this apartment, and every time you walk up the stairs you’ll have that feel-good feeling of releasing another soul from Purgatory. And can you really put a price on that? . . Didn’t think so. Hay muchos pequeños restaurantes y bares, llenos de historia, pero puede ser difícil encontrar propiedades de buena calidad allí y siempre hay que hacer un pequeño sacrificio.. . Este ático tiene más de 131 m2, espacio suficiente para una gran sala de estar, comedor/cocina independiente, 3 dormitorios, 2 de ellos en suite, 3 baños en total. Ah, sí, también hay una terraza en la azotea. De hecho, si estuviera considerando un alquiler a medio plazo, esto cumple muchos requisitos y no tendrá demasiados meses vacíos.. . Pero lo que no hay es ascensor. Este es el tercer piso, bastante factible para la mayoría de personas, de hecho algunos dirían que no está mal incorporar un poco de ejercicio a tu rutina diaria. Algunas personas podrían decir que esas personas pueden ocuparse de sus propios asuntos, pero probablemente tengan razón. Y si no disfrutas los pasos, te contaré lo que me dijeron cuando éramos jóvenes y teníamos que hacer algo que no nos gustaba: “Ofrécelo por las santas almas”.. . Así que compra este apartamento y cada vez que subas las escaleras tendrás esa sensación de bienestar de liberar otra alma del Purgatorio. ¿Y realmente puedes ponerle precio a eso?. . No lo creo.
