So the answer to the first question that comes into your head when looking at the photos is of course, no, it hasn't got a pool. And the second answer is yes, you can probably put one in. But then again why would you? You have access nearby to the pool at the local social club and pools are a timesuck to look after once you have been there for a few years and get bored of them. Also pools need work regularly in terms of cracked tiles, chlorine or salt, algae bombs, autumn leaves and a whole lot more. Yeah you could just get a pool guy or gal but a short walk to a much bigger pool makes a lot of sense. You get to meet people and chill out in the nearby cafe bar with friends. . . Also just in case, I hear that a few of the neighbours here have already installed their own pools so either make friends with them or if that sounds too much like hard work then surrepticiously climb over the fence when they are out and take a quick cooling dip before returning home with nobody any the wiser. Sounds like a plan?. . This large house in Naquera is on a manageable (Small) plot of 500m2. The house is on two floors with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and four, count them, terraces. The largest tewrrace to the rear of the house has been glassed in effectively giving an extra living area all year round. . . Outside you have a garage, paellero, and a small grassed area of garden (Where the pool would go) and the rest is patio and some trees. . . Set just outside Naquera, this property is well priced for the size and is well worth a look for those of you looking for something modern, well maintained and with all mod cons.
