Jedes der sechs Zimmer verfügt über zwei separate 90x200cm Betten. In dem neu gestalteten Wohnzimmer befindet sich zusätzlich ein Schlafsofa mit zwei weiteren Schlafplätzen. Die Küche in der Wohnung lädt zum gemeinschaftlichen Kochen und Verweilen ein. An dem großen Esstisch können die täglichen Erlebnisse mit den anderen Gästen ausgetauscht werden. Ausgestattet ist die Küche in der Wohnung mit einem Kochfeld und Backofen, einer Spülmaschine, einen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, einer Kaffeemaschine (Tchibo Kapsel Maschine) und sämtlichen Utensilien für den täglichen Gebrauch. Nach dem neusten Standard wurden die zwei Gemeinschaftsbäder in der Wohnung ausgebaut und laden auf eine entspannte Regendusche ein. Jeweils stehen dort auch ein WC, ein Waschbecken und ein Föhn zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich gibt es eine separate Toilette. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen für die gemeinschaftliche Nutzung und einen Aufpreis bereit. Das Angebot beinhaltet die Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
