The large 4-room apartment is fully renovated and is located on the 1st floor of a central residential area in the middle of Würzburg. It is modernly and comfortably furnished with new furniture. A streetcar stop is right outside the front door. In a few minutes you can easily reach the Würzburg Residence and also all other sights of Würzburg city center on foot. In the apartment there is a new well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a balcony as well as a home theater with dolby surround and three bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave as well as pots, and dishes. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV, a comfortable couch and a nice dining area. You can also watch movies on a projector with a large screen (4 meters). In the large bedroom there is a large double bed. In the second room a queen size bed and in the third a single bed. You will find plenty of space to store your clothes. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. In total, the apartment is about 100 m2. Public parking, as well as a parking garage can be found in the immediate vicinity. In ein paar Minuten können Sie die Würzburger Residenz und auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Würzburger Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen.
