Are you looking for a fully equipped apartment for a (hiking/biking) holiday on the Rhine and Moselle, would you like to explore Koblenz or do you need a cozy apartment with a desk and a fast internet connection to work? Then a warm welcome to our H&B Apartment Kettig! This spacious, fully equipped 2-room apartment has approx. 75 square meters and is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in a central location in Kettig. In the immediate vicinity you will find a bakery, cafés, a butcher, public transport and a supermarket. From the free parking lot in the backyard you will reach the house entrance after a few meters. Directly after the front door you reach the apartment via 4 steps. The apartment is equipped with a total of 5 beds. In the first bedroom there are two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), in the second bedroom, spatially separated from the living/dining area by a curtain, there is a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm). In addition, the sofa in the living area can be converted into a bed (140 x 200 cm). The apartment can be completely darkened with roller shutters and blackout curtains. The highlight in the living room is our lovingly designed COFFEE bar. Here you can prepare a delicious coffee or hot tea and enjoy your stay to the fullest. Our apartment also offers a sofa corner with an armchair, a smart TV, two spacious wardrobes, a beautiful dining table for up to six people, a desk, and WiFi/internet connection with 50 Mbit/s. The bathroom awaits you with a floor-to-ceiling rain shower, a hairdryer, towels, shower gel, soap, toilet paper and hygiene products. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find, among other things • a large fridge/freezer combination • an induction hob • an oven with microwave function • a dishwasher • Crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, toaster • Oil, sugar and spices Are you traveling with a child? Your little treasures are particularly welcome here. In order to make your arrival and stay as relaxed as possible, we have a baby bed (60 x 120 cm) and a high chair available for our little guests. We charge an additional fee of €10.00 per stay for the baby cot including bed linen. We will be happy to provide you with the high chair free of charge. Please let us know! The apartment includes two parking spaces in the inner courtyard. So you can arrive with up to two cars, park for free in the backyard and move into the apartment comfortably. For your further convenience, we have a washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board available.

Dann herzlich Willkommen in unserem H&B Apartment Kettig! Diese geräumige, vollausgestattete 2-Raum Wohnung hat ca. 75qm und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses in zentraler Lage von Kettig. In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du einen Bäcker, Cafés, eine Metzgerei, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie einen Supermarkt. Vom kostenlosen Parkplatz im Hinterhof gelangst du nach einigen Metern zum Hauseingang. Direkt nach der Hauseingangstür gelangt man über 4 Treppenstufen in die Wohnung. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit insgesamt 5 Schlafplätzen. Im ersten Schlafzimmer befinden sich zwei Einzelbetten (je 90 x 200 cm), im zweiten Schlafzimmer, räumlich durch einen Vorhang vom Wohn- / Essbereich getrennt, befindet sich ein King-Size-Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm). Zusätzlich kann das Sofa im Wohnbereich zu einem Bett umgebaut werden (140 x 200 cm). Die Wohnung lässt sich mit Rollläden und Verdunklungsvorhängen komplett verdunkeln. Highlight im Wohnzimmer ist unsere liebevoll gestaltete COFFEE-Bar. Hier kannst du dir einen köstlichen Kaffee oder einen heißen Tee zubereiten und deinen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Weiterhin bietet unsere Wohnung eine Sofaecke mit Sessel, einen Smart-TV, zwei geräumige Kleiderschränke, einen wunderschönen Esstisch für bis zu sechs Personen, einen Schreibtisch, sowie WLAN/ Internetanschluss mit 50 Mbit/s. Das Badezimmer erwartet dich mit einer bodentiefen Regendusche, einem Haartrockner, Handtüchern, Duschgel, Seife, Klopapier sowie Hygieneartikel. In der vollausgestatteten Küche findet man unter anderem • eine große Kühl-/ Gefrierkombination • ein Induktionskochfeld • einen Backofen mit Mikrowellenfunktion • einen Geschirrspüler • Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Toaster • Öl, Zucker und Gewürze Du reist mit Kind? Eure kleinen Schätze sind bei uns ganz besonders willkommen. Um eure Anreise und den Aufenthalt möglichst entspannt zu gestalten, halten wir für die kleinen Gäste ein Babybett (60 x 120 cm) und einen Hochstuhl bereit. Für das Babybett inklusive Bettwäsche berechnen wir eine Zusatzgebühr von 10,00 € pro Aufenthalt. Den Hochstuhl stellen wir gerne kostenlos für euch bereit. Gebt uns bitte Bescheid! Zur Wohnung gehören zwei Parkplätze im Innenhof. Du kannst also mit bis zu zwei PKW anreisen, im Hinterhof kostenlos parken und bequem die Wohnung beziehen.
