The villa is situated in a semi-mountainous location in one of the preferred villa areas of Baden-Baden, the sunny Annaberg. From the apartment you have a wonderful view of the old castle and the Battert rocks. In 10 minutes you can reach the city on foot, even faster in the forest. The "Wanderprotal Merkur" with its many round trips, starts 500 meters from here. The apartment is furnished in a design oriented, puristic style.
