A washing machine + dryer , iron and board are located in a locked room in the basement. A cleaning, washing and ironing service (15,-€/hour) is separately bookable by arrangement. Parking spaces are always available in sufficient number. If desired, an underground parking space can be rented for 50,-€ per month. The S-Bahn station is only about 100 m away.
