There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. It is only a few steps to the city center and the famous historic Ahlbecker pier. A stone's throw separates you from the fine sandy white beach, where the beach chairs are waiting to be occupied by you. This spacious apartment extends to 70 square metres and is located on the first floor, offering a living room as well as a separate bedroom. In the living room you will find a sofa corner which converts into a bed and in the adjoining loggia is a separate seating area. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and the high-quality fully equipped kitchen is of the highest standard. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed measuring 180x200cm.
