Hello :) I am subletting my beautiful furnished top floor apartment in the Unionviertel (Innenstadt-West) from 08.01.2024 for approx. 6-12 months. Since I am traveling, the exact duration is not yet fixed. We can talk about it then :) It is a 1-room apartment in an old building, approx. 50 square meters, with wooden floorboards and beams and a beautiful terrace with south/east orientation (lots of sun/light). There is a cozy sofa bed (incl. unused topper) that can be pulled in and out. TV, internet, fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven and everything else is available and included in the price :) Utilities and operating costs (electricity, heating etc.) are also included. There are several train and bus stations (Do-West S, Heinrichstr., Ofenstr.), shopping facilities (Aldi, Lidl, dm, Rewe, Rossmann), 2 parks (West- and Tremoniapark) and many snack bars (pizzerias, kebab stores, Indian/Sri Lankan cuisine etc.) within walking distance (1-10 min.). The universities (TU and FH Dortmund) are also not far away. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. As the apartment is located in a small side street, it is usually very quiet. Da ich auf Reisen gehe, steht die genaue Dauer noch nicht exakt fest. Kann man dann ja drüber reden :) Es ist eine 1-Zimmer Altbauwohnung, ca. 50qm, mit Holzdielen und Balken und einer wunderschönen Terasse mit Süd/Ost-Ausrichtung (viel Sonne/Licht). Es gibt eine gemütlichen Schlafcouch (inkl. unbenutztem Topper), die man ein- und ausziehen kann. Fernseher, Internet, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen und alles andere ist vorhanden und im Preis mit drin :) Neben- und Betriebskosten (Strom, Heizkosten etc.) sind auch schon mit eingerechnet. In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich fußläufig (1-10 Min.) mehrere Bahn- und Busstationen (Do-West S, Heinrichstr., Ofenstr.), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl, dm, Rewe, Rossmann), 2 Parks (West- und Tremoniapark) und viele Imbisse (Pizzerien, Dönerläden, indische/Sri lankische Küche etc.). Auch die Unis (TU und FH Dortmund) sind nicht weit entfernt. Da die Wohnung in einer kleinen Nebenstraße liegt, ist es meistens sehr ruhig.
