Hello and welcome to Meissen! This beautiful attic apartment is currently still under renovation, so unfortunately there are no chic glossy photos of it yet. Still, I didn't want to keep it from you, since you'll be free to move in March. The apartment has 50sqm, and has its own hallway with staircase that leads you into the open living and dining area. Here again you will find a staircase that leads you to the small sleeping loft. The fitted kitchen and the bathroom are functional and most of the appliances and equipment I just have renewed. The apartment can be rented furnished or without furnishment. The rent for the furnished option (all brand new) is 1,000 euros per month (flat rent incl. electricity/Amazon Prime TV/ Wifi). If you wish without furnishment, you can also rent the apartment for 550 euros (hot rent plus electricity, Wifi, TV). The apartment is located in a prime location in the middle of the city center of Meissen. All shops of daily needs are within walking distance and also the Mulde is just a few meters from the house.

Dennoch wollte ich Sie dir nicht vorenthalten, da Sie ab März zum Bezug freistehen wird. Die Wohnung verfügt über 50qm, und hat einen eigenen Flur mit Treppenaufgang, der dich in den offenen Wohn- und Essbereich führt. Hier wiederum findest du eine Treppe, auf der du zum kleinen Schlafboden kommst. Die Einbauküche und das Badezimmer sind zweckmäßig und die meisten Geräte und Anlagen lasse ich gerade erneuern. Die Wohnung kann möbliert oder leerstehend gemietet werden. Die Miete beträgt bei möblierter Option (alles nagelneu) 1.000 Euro pro Monat (Pauschalmiete inkl. Strom/Amazon Prime TV/ Wifi). Leerstehend kannst du die Wohnung auch für 550 Euro (Warmmiete zzgl. Strom, Wifi, TV) mieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage inmitten der Innenstadt von Meißen. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch die Mulde befindet sich nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt.
