We offer a fully equipped, very spacious old apartment in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg for sublet from August 12, 2024, to January 12, 2025. The entire apartment is 170 square meters, of which 150 square meters are for rent. The three largest and furnished rooms are connected by connecting doors. The fourth room/child's room is unfurnished. We need the smallest room as a storage room. The apartment is located on the first floor (front building) and is fully equipped with parquet/floorboards (except for bathrooms and kitchen). We prefer a couple/family (childless or 1-2 children) or a single person who wants to rent all rooms. Due to the connecting doors in the three largest rooms, the apartment is only partially suitable for shared living (WG). However, arrangements are possible. IMPORTANT: This is not a party apartment or party house! Many families and older people live among the neighbors. Therefore, we are looking for quiet subtenants. 1. Bedroom: approx. 24 sqm with a large balcony/winter garden, large bed, wardrobes, bedside tables, TV, etc.  2. Homeoffice/Study: approx. 27 sqm, two large desks with office chairs, various shelves, printer, etc.  3.
