Above the roofs of the city you can enjoy your stay in our apartment in picturesque Gohlis. The perfect starting point to explore Leipzig like a local and work from your temporary home. In the immediate vicinity there are cafés, restaurants, beer gardens, the zoo and the riparian forest with cycle paths into the Leipzig Neuseenland. The apartment has been shining in new splendor since 2023. The apartment is located directly under the roof of an apartment building and you can easily reach it using the elevator. The apartment is very open in design, the hallway, living and dining area as well as the kitchen flow into one another. In the living area there is a pull-out sofa, which has a slatted frame and a mattress (1.60x2.00m). The large television has an AppleTV that you can use to connect via Airplay or log into your streaming services. In the kitchen you will find a large refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a small trusted bar. The bedroom offers both a large bed (1.80x2.00m), with a view of the stars, and 2 large desks (one of which is height-adjustable) that can be used as a work area. The monitor can also be used (USB-C). The roof terrace invites you to sunbathe and relax. The elevator takes you to the 5th floor directly in front of the door of your accommodation. The entire apartment is available to you, including the roof terrace, the living room, the kitchen and the work area with 2 large desks and a monitor. In direkter Nachbarschaft befinden sich Café, Restaurants, Biergärten, der Zoo sowie der Auwald mit Radwegen bis ins Leipziger Neuseenland. Die Wohnung erstrahlt seit 2023 in neuem Glanz. Die Wohnung liegt direkt unter dem Dach eines Mehrfamilienhauses und Ihr erreicht sie problemlos mit dem Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist sehr offen gestaltet, der Flur, Wohn- und Essbereich sowie die Küche fließen ineinander über. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich ein ausziehbares Sofa, welches über einen Lattenrost und eine Matratze verfügt (1,60x2,00m).
