The flat Your new flat is a one-room flat with an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, storage room, cellar room and parking space. It was completely renovated only few years ago and offers everything you need for your stay. The furnishings are of high quality and very well maintained. Various household appliances as well as crockery, cutlery, tea towels, towels, bed linen and bathrobe are available. The flat offers you a spacious bed (140x200, a large wardrobe, a discreet seating area, a desk as well as a luxurious kitchen with full equipment and a skylight that creates atmospheric room lighting in the evening if desired. You take your meals at a trendy bistro table. TV, internet and telephone landlines are of course also available. The hallway and storage room offer you plenty of storage space. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, and you are welcome to iron the laundry yourself if you like - if you don't give it to the dry cleaners "in the village", as they say here. When you move in, you may have had a long drive... first make a coffee and rest? Tea, coffee, milk and sugar etc. are ready for you. The location You live in an exceptionally well-maintained complex in a super central location - but with the noise level of a sanatorium...! You are welcome to leave your car in the on-site parking space, because you will find... - two bus lines: 400 m, another bus line: 550 m - the suburban railway: 1100 m - the nearest supermarkets, doctors, restaurants and the post office at Saseler Markt: 600 m. - the noble Alster shopping centre: 1200 m (many doctors and restaurants there too) - a sports field: 500 m - the nearest nature reserve: 900 m - the Poppenbüttel lock with restaurant and boat hire: 1600 m (half of it through forest) - the Alte Mühle restaurant on the Alster mill pond: 2000 m (along the forest) - the Restaurant Mellingburger Schleuse on the Alster: 2100 m (via residential streets and footpaths) If you don't want to walk these distances, feel free to get your bike out of the cellar.
