The flat has a nice layout, three living/bedrooms, a kitchen and a separate guest WC and a shower room. The flat is in a nice neighbourhood, nice and bright, quietly located, in a multi-family house. The street is not a through road. The electricity for the flat is not included in the costs and must be purchased separately. It is located on the 2nd floor, has large windows to the garden with sufficient daylight and a nice large balcony with a view of the greenery. The transport connections are ideal: you can be home from the city centre in 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by train or bike. The nearest S-Bahn station is Maarweg, line 1. All shopping facilities are within walking distance, from organic food shops to supermarkets, from furniture shops to flower shops. You can park nearby, but not in front of the house. We have a bicycle stand in front of the house for bicycles and you can park your car nearby. We are happy to provide some furniture free of charge, we still have beds, TV sets, armchairs, wardrobes and couches in stock. Die Wohnung ist in netter Nachbarschaft, schön hell, ruhig gelegen, in einem Mehr Familienhaus. Die Straße ist keine Durchgangsstraße. In den Kosten ist der Strom für die Wohnung nicht enthalten und separat zu beziehen. Sie ist im 2. OG gelegen, hat große Fenster zum Garten mit ausreichend Tageslicht und einen schönen großen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Verkehrs Anbindung ist ideal: Mit dem PKW ist man in 10 Minuten vom Zentrum daheim, mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad in 20 Minuten. Die nächste S Bahn Station ist Maarweg, Linie 1, In der Nähe befinden sich fußläufig alle Einkaufs Möglichkeiten, vom Bioladen bis zum Supermarkt, vom Möbelladen bis zum Blumen Geschäft. Parken kann man in der Nähe, jedoch nicht vor dem Haus. Für die Fahrräder haben wir vor dem Haus einen Fahrradständer, den PKW kann man in der Nähe parken. Einige Möbel stellen wir gern kostenfrei zur Verfügung, wir haben noch Betten, TV Geräte, Sessel, Schränke und Couches im Lager.
