Welcome to our Lax Studios & Apartments. We have renovated the entire house in recent years and now want to give you a cosy and beautiful time in Leipzig with our rooms. The space The 1-room apartment is quietly located on the courtyard side. It has about 20 square metres and is in the 1st Floor of our apartment building. It has a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a cosy bed with natural mattress and a cosy balcony. The bathroom has a large shower and a cute window to the bedroom. Our studio is located in an inhabited street with small cafes, second-hand shops and Karl-Heine-Strasse is just a stone's throw away. There are many small pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. Other things to note *Cleaning Policy: The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price. *Extra Services: In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.

Herzlich willkommen in unseren Studios & Apartments. Wir haben das gesamte Haus in den letzten Jahren renoviert und möchten Ihnen nun mit unseren Zimmern eine gemütliche und schöne Zeit in Leipzig bereiten. Die Räumlichkeiten: Das 1-Zimmer-Appartement ist ruhig zur Hofseite gelegen. Sie hat ca. 20 qm und befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Mehrfamilienhauses. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche, ein gemütliches Bett mit Naturmatratze und einen gemütlichen Balkon. Das Badezimmer hat eine große Dusche und ein hübsches Fenster zum Schlafzimmer. Das Studio liegt in einer bewohnten Straße mit kleinen Cafés, Second-Hand-Läden und die Karl-Heine-Straße ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Dort gibt es viele kleine Kneipen, Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte. Sonstiges zu beachten: *Reinigungsvorschriften: Die Wohnung wird nur vor und nach Ihrem Aufenthalt gereinigt. Wenn Sie eine zusätzliche Reinigung wünschen, können Sie diese gegen einen Aufpreis bei unseren Zusatzleistungen buchen. *Zusätzliche Dienstleistungen: Darüber hinaus bieten wir zusätzliche Dienstleistungen wie z.B. späten Check-out an.
