In addition, there is a bed in the spacious living area, which can accommodate up to 10 people. 4 of the 5 beds are 180 cm wide (king-size), one is 160 cm wide (queen-size). The spacious living area with 55-inch TV and a large sofa invites you to linger. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, especially in winter. The large dining table and the adjoining terrace round off the offer. The adjoining American kitchen is fully equipped. Depending on your preference, you can use the gas hob or the ceramic hob. The large bathroom with rain shower and bathtub has its own sauna. The second bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is also a separate WC. Due to its location in a one-way street with little traffic, the apartment is very quiet. Of course, the apartment is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: WLAN, Netflix, coffee machine, washing machine etc. are all included! Air conditioning units are available in 3 of the 5 rooms. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. The sauna is charged at 20 euros per night. Please let us know if you need this service. The ceiling of the room consists of windows: Excellent for stargazing from the bed, but rather bad for people who need it dark when sleeping. Sleeping goggles are provided. Je nach Präferenz kann der Gasherd oder die Ceranfläche genutzt werden. Im großen Badezimmer mit Regendusche und Badewanne gibt es eine eigene Sauna. Das zweite Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und Toilette. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein separates WC. Durch die Lage in einer verkehrsarmen Einbahnstraße ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Selbstverständlich ist die Wohnung komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen: WLAN, Netflix, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine usw. ist alles enthalten! In 3 der 5 Räume sind Klimageräte vorhanden. In der Wohnung dürfen keine Partys gefeiert werden. Die Sauna wird mit 20 Euro pro Nacht berechnet.
