The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the quiet rear section of an upper middle-class and completely rehabilitated building from 1882 directly on Johannapark and Clara-Zetkin-Park. It is one of, if not the most preferred, inner-city residential area of Leipzig. Upon entering the house, the first impression is determined by the magnificent building facade and the correspondingly ornate staircase. From there, you can walk to the second floor of the rear building.
