I'm renting my bright, airy apartment with one bedroom and a large living room from the end of September for six months. The apartment is great for one person or a couple. It has everything you need and is in a green area at the boarder to Berlin. The walk to the next bus stop takes 4 minutes and 15 minutes to reach the next train station. But you can also use the bike and reach the train in 5 minutes. The furniture stays in the flat and can be used to your liking.

Ab Ende September biete ich meine schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung zur Untermiete. Sie befindet sich im Norden, 500 m entfernt von der Grenze zu Berlin Hermsdorf. Meine moderne und voll möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stockwerk eines Neubaus (ohne Fahrstuhl) und ist ideal für Paare oder Einzelpersonen, die ein gemütliches und gut ausgestattete Wohnung suchen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit großen Fenstern versehen die ganztägig viel Licht in die Wohnung lassen. Die Highlight der Wohnung sind der sonnige Balkon in Südausrichtung und die Fußbodenheizung. Die Miete beträgt 1.000 € pro Monat und umfasst Internet, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, GEZ und die Kaltmiete der Wohnung.
