We are going on a world trip for 6 months and would like to sublet our flat in Cologne for this period (Jan 25 - Jun 25), as we feel very comfortable here and would like to move back in after the trip. The flat is well laid out with 3 rooms and a guest bathroom. The third room is used as our office. Should the room be used for other purposes, we would be happy to clear out the furniture in the room. We offer an inclusive rent, i.e. the warm rent of € 1,800 / month covers the basic rent, furnishing surcharge, the underground car park and all ancillary costs including internet and electricity. Location: the KVB stop Scheibenstraße is only a 3-5 minute walk away. Both the 12 and the 15 stop here every few minutes, taking you to the city centre in just a few minutes. But it doesn't get boring here on the doorstep either: a few minutes' walk away is the racecourse, where a flea market is held several times a week, a REWE centre is also a 2-minute walk away and the nature reserve is also just a 5-minute walk away. In short: good connections to the city centre, everything for daily needs just a few metres away and nature is also within reach! We can arrange when exactly we will hand over the flat. Vezi mai mult Vezi mai puțin Wir gehen für 6 Monate auf Weltreise und möchten für diesen Zeitraum (Jan 25 - Jun 25) gerne unsere Wohnung in Köln untervermieten, da wir uns hier sehr wohlfühlen und nach der Reise hier wieder einziehen möchten. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten mit 3 Zimmern und einem Gästebad. Das dritte Zimmer wird bei uns als Büro genutzt. Sollte das Zimmer anderweitig genutzt werden, können wir hier gerne schauen die Möbel in dem Zimmer auszuräumen. Wir bieten eine Inklusivmiete an, d.h. in der Warmmiete von 1.800€ / Monat ist die Kaltmiete, Möblierungszuschlag, der Tiefgaragenstellplatz sowie sämtliche Nebenkosten inkl. Internet und Strom abgedeckt. Zur Lage: in nur 3-5 Gehminuten erreicht man die KVB-Haltestelle Scheibenstraße. Hier hält alle paar Minuten sowohl die 12 und die 15, die einen in nur paar Minuten in die Innenstadt bringt. Aber auch hier vor der Tür wird es nicht langweilig: ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist die Pferderennbahn zu finden, wo mehrmals die Woche auch ein Trödelmarkt stattfindet, außerdem ist ein REWE Center 2 Gehminuten entfernt und das Naturschutzgebiet ist ebenfalls in nur 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Kurz zusammengefasst: gut in die Innenstadt angebunden. alles für den täglichen Bedarf nur wenige Meter entfernt und auch die Natur ist zum Greifen nah! Wann genau wir die Wohnung übergeben, können wir individuell absprechen. Wichtig: ein Rauch- und Tierfreier Haushalt! Dies gilt auch für die Dauer der Untermiete. Bei Fragen, meldet euch sehr gerne!
