A beautiful apartment is offered for rent for the period from ... , as the owners have planned a stay abroad for this period. Location The apartment was completed and occupied in 2016. It is located in the Wandsbek district with direct access to the beautiful Eichtalpark, where long walks or sporting activities are possible. The overall condition is top! There is a bus stop opposite the property at a distance of approx. 150 m, which can be used as a feeder to the subway station "Wandsbek Markt". This makes it easy to explore the city center by public transport. Supermarkets/discounters are within walking distance. Apartment features The apartment comprises a total of three rooms with a living space of approx. 94m2. The highlight of the apartment is the open-plan kitchen/living room with access to the terrace and garden. There are also two bathrooms and two further rooms in the apartment, which are currently used as bedrooms and children's rooms. The room in front of the bedroom is partly used as a dressing room, but mainly as an office. There is also a storage room with a washing machine and dryer.
