It has a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher and washing machine, bathtub and a guest toilet. The apartment building has a small backyard with a fire escape. If needed, the current room layout of the apartment (2 bedrooms, 1 lounge/living room) can be adapted to your needs to a certain extent. In addition, a large part of our personal belongings will of course be stored away for the rental period. Easy access to public transportation is also guaranteed, via the Köln Süd train station/Dasselstraße (4 minutes) as well as the train stops Zülpicher Platz, Barberossaplatz and Eifelwall, which can all be reached in about 10 minutes. The nearby grocery stores (Penny 5 min, REWE 10 min) and many restaurants and food vendours offer everything the hungry heart desires. There are also beautiful green spaces (Uniwiese, Aachener Weiher) and sports facilities (Unisport, JustFit) in the immediate apartment vicinity.
