We are traveling for three months and are happy to let our beautiful apartment in Ehrenfeld including furniture to a nice temporary tenant for this time. The apartment is suitable for a couple as well as a single person. The apartment has a large living/dining room, an anteroom off the living/dining room, a bedroom of approx. 15 sqm, a kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a guest WC. Our personal highlight is the large south-facing balcony overlooking the rear courtyard. There is also a study, which we will use for our personal belongings during the interim rental period. The desk in this room can be used by arrangement. Another table, which is currently used as a desk, is located in the (front) room. The apartment is therefore suitable for working from home. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove and dishwasher. The bed is 1.60 x 2.20 m in size. The apartment is quietly located in the heart of Ehrenfeld in Stammstraße, a street parallel to Venloer Straße at the level of the Neptunbad. Venloer Straße with its wide range of restaurants and cafés (300 m away) and Ehrenfeld train station (200 m away) can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. Despite its proximity to Venloer Straße, the apartment is very quiet. In the evening on the large south-facing balcony or lying in bed at night with the window open, you can only hear a slight twittering of birds - sleeping with the window open is therefore no problem, at least for us. As we have grown very fond of our apartment, we would like to find temporary tenants who appreciate the apartment and the furniture and take good care of it while we are away. We would also like to leave our plants in their home for the time being and would be happy if they are interested in giving them a drink of water once a week :) There is currently a construction site in the backyard, but this should be completed by the end of 2024. Vezi mai mult Vezi mai puțin Wir gehen für drei Monate auf Reisen und freuen uns, unsere schöne Wohnung in Ehrenfeld inkl. Möbel für diese Zeit an eine/n nette/n Zwischenmieter/in zu überlassen. Die Wohnung ist sowohl für ein Paar als auch eine Einzelperson geeignet. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer, ein dem Wohn-/Esszimmer vorgelagertes (Vor-)Zimmer, ein ca. 15 qm großes Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein geräumiges Bad und ein Gäste-WC. Unser persönliches Highlight ist der große Südbalkon in den Hinterhof. Es gibt außerdem ein Arbeitszimmer, welches wir in der Zeit der Zwischenmiete jedoch für unsere privaten Gegenstände nutzen werden. Nach Absprache kann der Schreibtisch in diesem Zimmer genutzt werden. Ein weiterer Tisch, der aktuell als Schreibtisch genutzt wird, steht im (Vor-)Zimmer. Die Wohnung eignet sich somit für Homeoffice. Die Küche ist mit Induktionsherd und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Das Bett hat eine Größe von 1,60x2,20m. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig aber gleichzeitig im Herzen von Ehrenfeld in der Stammstraße, einer Parallelstraße der Venloer Straße auf Höhe des Neptunbades. Die Venloer Straße mit dem vielfältigen Angebot an Restaurants und Cafés (300 m Entfernung) sowie der Bahnhof Ehrenfeld (200 m Entfernung) sind in weniger als 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Trotz der Nähe zur Venloer Straße liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Abends auf dem großen Südbalkon oder nachts mit offenem Fenster im Bett liegend hört man nur ein leichtes Vogelgezwitscher - schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist, zumindest für uns, entsprechend kein Problem. Da wir unsere Wohnung sehr lieb gewonnen haben, wünschen wir uns Zwischenmietende, die die Wohnung und die Möbel schätzen und gut damit umgehen, während wir ausgeflogen sind. Außerdem würden wir auch unsere Pflanzen gerne für die Zeit in ihrem zu Hause stehen lassen und freuen uns, wenn Interesse besteht, diesen 1x/Woche einen Schluck Wasser zu geben :) Aktuell befindet sich im Hinterhof eine Baustelle, diese sollte jedoch zu Ende 2024 abgeschlossen sein.
