No children, no pets, non-smokers only! I would like someone who will take care of my property in my absence and also take care of my plants The apartment consists of 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with open kitchen. Location 5 minutes walking distance is the Hürth-Park, where there are restaurants, shopping, drugstore, supermarkets and a movie theater. The local recreation areas Otto-Maigler-See or Bleibtreusee, where you can go water skiing, are only 10 minutes away by car. The A4 highway exit is 7 minutes away by car. The film studios in Hürth can be reached within 5 minutes by car or you can take the bus, which takes you directly to the site. There is a bus stop (Duffesbachstraße) right outside the door, which takes you to the light rail (Hürth-Hermülheim) and the S-Bahn (Hürth-Kalscheuren), with which you can travel to Cologne, Brühl and Bonn. The train station is a 15-minute walk away (5 minutes by bus). From here it takes 20 minutes to reach Cologne city center. Vorzugsweise ein Paar oder Freunde, die übergangsweise eine schöne Wohnung suchen. Keine Kinder, keine Haustiere, nur an Nichtraucher! Ich wünsche mir jemanden, der in meiner Abwesenheit pfleglich und sorgsam mit meinem Eigentum umgeht und sich auch um meine Pflanzen kümmert Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Lage 5 Minuten fußläufig befindet sich der Hürth-Park, wo es Restaurants, Shopping, Drogerie, Supermärkte und ein Kino gibt. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten an den Naherholungsgebieten Otto-Maigler-See oder Bleibtreusee, wo man Wasserski fahren kann. Bis zur Autobahnauffahrt der A4 sind es 7 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Filmstudios in Hürth können innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht werden oder man nimmt den Bus, der einen direkt vor Ort bringt. Es gibt direkt eine Bushaltestelle (Duffesbachstraße) vor der Tür, die einem zur Stadtbahn (Hürth-Hermülheim) und zur S-Bahn (Hürth-Kalscheuren) bringen, mit der man nach Köln, Brühl und Bonn fahren kann.
