Hello and good day, Thank you for your interest in our house. We will be abroad for one year from ... and will rent out our house during this time. The house is fully furnished and equipped. We would simply let the contracts for electricity, water, gas, internet and rubbish continue and include them in the service charges. There is enough space for your things and we can work out the details together. We have a cat who will live in the house with you. We are looking for a tenant who - Treats our house responsibly - Rents the house for the entire period, i.e. exactly 1 year - Takes care of the house and the garden - Take loving care of our cat We are looking forward to getting to know you. The house is therefore not suitable for people with physical disabilities.

Hallo und guten Tag, vielen Dank für euer Interesse an unserem Haus. Wir sind ein Jahr vom ... im Ausland und werden unser Haus in dieser Zeit vermieten. Das Haus ist vollständig möbliert und ausgestattet. Die Verträge für Strom, Wasser, Gas, Internet, Müll würden wir einfach weiterlaufen lassen und in den Nebenkosten verrechnen. Platz für eure Sachen gibt es genug und Details können wir gemeinsam klären. Wir haben einen Kater, der dann mit euch im Haus wohnen wird. Wir suchen einen Mieter, der - Verantwortungsbewusst mit unserem Haus umgeht - Für den gesamten Zeitraum, das heißt genau 1 Jahr, das Haus mietet - Sich um das Haus und den Garten kümmert - Sich liebevoll um unsere Katze kümmert Wir freuen uns schon darauf euch kennenzulernen.
