The apartment enjoys lots of light, has 3 balconies and a very good layout over 3 floors. The bedrooms look out over a quiet courtyard with privacy and green space. Oak flooring throughout (seen in some photos but not the older ones). There are two bathrooms/toilets. The main bathroom has a bath/shower. There is a modern handcrafted kitchen with Smeg oven, cooktop and fridge and Bosch dishwasher. There is a Gaggia Espresso machine for coffee lovers and a high quality press for fresh orange juice in the morning. The layout is ideal for using as a home office or using the upstairs office as a bedroom (has a pretty comfortable futon bed). The location is one of the most exciting in Berlin. There are 2 supermarkets within a 1 minute walk, fabulous cafes, restaurants and bars all nearby. There is also a lot of green space nearby. 10 minute walk to the Eastside Gallery on the Berlin Wall. Less than 5 minutes walk to public transportation (U1/U3/Bus - Schlesisches Tor). There is a washing machine and dryer. In the living room there is a record player, books and records which you are free to use. We are able to provide a baby crib if wanted. Überall Eichenholzboden (auf einigen Fotos zu sehen, auf den älteren jedoch nicht). Es gibt zwei Badezimmer/Toiletten. Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne/Dusche. Es gibt eine moderne handgefertigte Küche mit Smeg-Ofen, Kochfeld und Kühlschrank sowie Bosch-Geschirrspüler. Für Kaffeeliebhaber gibt es eine Gaggia-Espressomaschine und eine hochwertige Presse für frischen Orangensaft am Morgen. Der Grundriss ist ideal für die Nutzung als Heimbüro oder die Nutzung des Büros im Obergeschoss als Schlafzimmer (mit einem ziemlich bequemen Futonbett).
