Hello, dear apartment seekers! We have 1 room available from January 1st (possibly earlier). Your lovely room is part of a 90 sqm apartment. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen-living room and hallway. The room has two large windows and a parquet floor. The two windows make the room very bright. The apartment has been recently renovated - first occupancy after renovation. The new kitchen contains high-quality electrical appliances with an oven, induction hob, free-standing refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and built-in extractor hood. The washer-dryer (washing machine + dryer) is also in the kitchen and can of course be used. The room has 1 large and pull-out bed (Ikea Hemnes, pull-out, 160cmx200cm), a wardrobe and a desk with a chair. We don't have a cleaning schedule. But we do have a cleaning lady who cleans the apartment regularly. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, heating, hot and cold water, internet, electricity. There are therefore no additional costs for you. Shared apartment life: Your roommates would be: Antonella - studies at the University of Augsburg. Julie - works as an asset manager. We imagine shared apartment life to be such that we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. This means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet. We are also happy to do other things together, such as sports, bike rides, jogging, beer garden, parties, etc. - but it is not compulsory. Vezi mai mult Vezi mai puțin Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende! Bei uns wird ab dem 1. Januar (eventuell früher) 1 Zimmer frei. Dein schönes Zimmer ist der Teil einer 90 qm großen Wohnung. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC, Wohnküche und Flur. Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und einen Parkettboden. Durch die zwei Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell. Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert - Erstbezug nach Sanierung. Die neue Küche enthält hochwertige Elektrogeräte mit Backofen, Induktionskochfeld, freistehendem Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und eingebauter Dunstabzugshaube. Der Waschtrockner (Waschmaschine+Trockner) ist auch in der Küche vorhanden und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden. Das Zimmer hat 1 großes und ausziehbares Bett (Ikea Hemnes, ausziehbar, 160cmx200cm), einen Kleiderschrank und einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Wir haben keinen Putzplan. Wir haben aber eine Putzfrau wer regelmäßig die Wohnung putzt. Die Kosten für die Putzfrau und Putzmittel sind in der Miete inbegriffen. In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten der Reinigungs- und Putzmittel, Heizung, Warm- und Kaltwasser, Internet, Strom enthalten. Es fallen somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für dich an. WG-Leben: Deine Mitbewohner wären: Antonella - studiert an der Uni Augsburg. Julie - arbeitet als Asset Managerin. Das WG-Leben stellen wir uns so vor, dass wir gerne zum Essen/Kochen in der Küche treffen können, oder am Abend mal gemütlich zusammensitzen, aber auch auf jeden Rücksicht genommen wird. Das heißt, wenn die Tür zu ist, hat man auch seine Ruhe. Gerne können wir auch sonst was zusammen unternehmen, wie Sport, Radtouren, Joggen, Biergarten, Feiern usw. - ist aber keine Pflicht.
