The apartment is best suited for one person. It is very well located within Berlin’s public transport system, with very good access to North-South running subway line 6 (10 minutes to Friedrichstraße), the S-Bahn circle line, bus lines to the Western city center, and direct highway access. The Tempelhofer Feld, a popular recreational area, is only 5 minutes away by foot. Tempelhof is not a party center. Even thought it’s a city area it offers quiet living and has a very good infrastructure for all needs of daily life, and even a little more than that. All kinds of supermarkets are within easy reach. The apartment is simple and functional as is the building it is located in. The later was built in the 1950s and is a typical example of Berlin post-war residential architecture. The apartment is about 35 sqm, it has a small entrance area, a separat bathroom with bath tub (no windows), a living/bedroom, a separate kitchen, a small store room, and a balcony. It is facing the garden, not the street. The apartment’s furniture is also simple, but it has everything you need. You can easily live and work there, however it may not be the best choice if you intend to do a lot of home office, since there is only a breakfast table. Obwohl es ein Stadtgebiet ist, bietet es ruhiges Wohnen und eine sehr gute Infrastruktur für alle Bedürfnisse des täglichen Lebens, und sogar ein bisschen mehr als das. Alle Arten von Supermärkten sind leicht zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist einfach und funktionell, ebenso wie das Gebäude, in dem sie sich befindet.
