This is a sea front (separated by small village road) large two bedroom house in the lovely tourist resort of Mochlos, Sitia.
Mochlos is an old fishing village built in a small cove at the eastern part of the Mirabello bay it is now a very relaxed and laid back resort known for the top quality fish taverns and tranquil surroundings.The house stands in a very nice position within a short walk to the cafes and restaurants and to the beach and fishing port.It is a 3 store building comprising on the ground floor,
a large open plan living room/diner/fully fitted kitchen on different levels. A door from the kitchen leads onto a back patio.
On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet and an impressive staircase leading to the first floor/loft and second floor.
On the first floor, there is a large loft double bedroom. This bedroom has its own little sitting area on the loft “balcony”.
The top floor (second floor) comprises a large bedroom with bathroom and a second living room which could also be used as a third bedroom. From here you have access to the good sized balcony with amazing views to the sea.
The stairs continue up to the roof of the building.
This wonderful roof terrace offers outstanding sea views, it has great privacy and is very spacious.

Heute ist es ein sehr entspannter Ferienort, der für seine erstklassigen Fischtavernen und seine ruhige Umgebung bekannt ist. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Cafés und Restaurants sowie dem Strand und dem Fischerhafen entfernt. Es ist ein 3-stöckiges Gebäude mit im Erdgeschoss, ein großes offenes Wohnzimmer / Esszimmer / voll ausgestattete Küche auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Eine Tür von der Küche führt auf eine hintere Terrasse. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich auch eine Gästetoilette und eine beeindruckende Treppe, die zum ersten Stock / Loft und zum zweiten Stock führt. Im ersten Stock gibt es ein großes Loft-Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat eine eigene kleine Sitzecke auf dem Dachboden "Balkon". Die oberste Etage (zweite Etage) besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer mit Bad und einem zweiten Wohnzimmer, das auch als drittes Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann. Von hier aus haben Sie Zugang zum großen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Die Treppe führt weiter bis zum Dach des Gebäudes. Diese wunderschöne Dachterrasse bietet einen hervorragenden Meerblick, hat viel Privatsphäre und ist sehr geräumig.
