Access to the rustic is from a double road: one for exclusive use driveway and the other from an unpaved secondary road. The terrace that greets us at the entrance shows us all the charm of the view as far as the eye can see, which also extends to the back of the rustic and includes much of the mountain, of exclusive property, up to the borders with the Lucchese side and the renowned "Dante Pass" a favorite destination of many walkers and hikers.
Entering the house we find a large dining area with a large separate and raised kitchen; on the opposite side instead welcomes us a wide livingroom in addition to an antebathroom and a bathroom. The wood and iron spiral staircase takes us to the upper floor, where a special glass ceiling opens onto the sleeping area. Here we find two double bedrooms and an additional large bathroom. The cherry on top of this beautiful house are the 36 hectares of land surrounding the house, including 5 hectares of olive grove with about 1200 plants and 31 hectares of woodland with 2 outdoor brick sheds. Vezi mai mult Vezi mai puțin Il primo impatto e ciò che ti colpisce fino a togliere il fiato di questa dimora è il panorama che si vede dal resede antistante l'abitazione. Nelle giornate particolarmente limpide, lo sguardo si perde all'orizzonte fino ad incontrare l'azzurro del mare e l'animo si distende dinanzi a tanta bellezza. Sembra impossibile, invece da questo bellissimo rustico situato ai piedi dei monti pisani, si riescono a scorgere le isole di Gorgona e Capraia. L'immobile è stato finemente ristrutturato da un architetto che è riuscito sapientemente ad integrare le proprie idee con le caratteristiche strutturali dell'abitazione. I proprietari, qualche anno fa, si sono talmente innamorati di questo luogo che hanno acquistato un rudere per renderlo un posto unico e speciale! L'accesso all'abitazione si ha da una doppia strada: una ad uso esclusivo maggiormente carrabile e l'altra da una strada secondaria non asfaltata. La terrazza che ci accoglie all'ingresso ci mostra tutto il fascino della vista a perdita d'occhio che si estende anche sul retro dell'abitazione e comprende gran parte della montagna, di proprietà esclusiva, fino a lambire i confini con il versante lucchese ed il rinomato "passo di Dante" meta preferita di numerosi camminatori ed escursionisti. Entrando nell'abitazione troviamo una grande zona pranzo con una ampia cucina separata e rialzata; sul lato opposto invece ci accoglie una sala doppia per piacevoli dopocena conviviali con parenti ed amici oltre un antibagno e bagno. La comoda scala a chiocciola in legno e ferro ci accompagna al piano superiore, dove un particolare soffitto in vetro si apre sulla zona notte. Qui troviamo due camere da letto matrimoniali ed un ulteriore grande bagno.
