Jest wyposażony w liczne udogodnienia: naczynia, sztućce, czajnik, płytę indukcyjną. Posiada prysznic, suszarkę, żelazko, odkurzacz, pralkę. Do dyspozycji Gości są ręczniki, pościel i mydło do rąk. Parking prywatny jest umiejscowiony na dziedzińcu wewnętrznym za szlabanem. Postój taksówek jest kilkadziesiąt metrów od budynku a koszt dojazdu z dworca PKP i PKS to 10-12 zł.
