It has two large bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is a room with a 1.80m king bed and another with two single beds. Both have a wardrobe and window to the outside, and access to the private back yard. The dining room and living room are a joint space with the kitchen. There is a sofa, an armchair, a dining table and a kitchen equipped with a toaster, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine, microwave, blender and juicer, as well as cooking utensils.
The patio has another table with chairs, two wooden hammocks and a private garden to be able to play with friends or the little ones.
The community has a garden and two swimming pools open throughout the year. There is a covered parking space and lift.-
From the apartment you will find La Fosca beach 5 minutes' walk away, with fine sand ideal for children. You can access the Ronda path that will take you to the best coves on the Costa Brava, S'Alguer, Castell, Cala Estreta, and you can even reach Calella de Palafrugell.In La Fosca there is a supermarket open during the summer and restaurants in front of the beach. The center of Palamós is 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. You will find a wide range of restaurants, in the old town or in front of the sea. You will also find clothing stores, shoe stores, and many other establishments.

Ambas tienen armario y ventana exterior, y acceso al patio trasero privado. El comedor y la sala de estar son un espacio conjunto con la cocina. Hay un sofá, un sillón, mesa de comedor y la cocina equipada con tostadora, nevera, cafetera Nespresso, horno, lavadora, microondas, batidora y exprimidor de zumo, además de los utensilios para cocinar.
El patio tiene otra mesa con sillas, dos hamacas de madera y un jardín privado para poder jugar con amigos o pequeños.
La comunidad dispone de jardín y dos piscinas abiertas durante todo el año. Hay una plaza de parking cubierta y ascensor.-
Desde el apartamento encontrará la playa de La Fosca a 5 minutos andando, con arena fina ideal para los niños. Puede acceder al camino de Ronda que le llevará a las mejores calas de la Costa Brava, S'Alguer, Castell, Cala Estreta, e incluso puede llegar hasta Calella de Palafrugell.En La Fosca hay un supermercado abierto durante el verano y restaurantes frente a la playa.
