Dům je velice klidný s příjemnými sousedy a má výhodnou polohu v blízkosti vlakového nádraží, autobusové a tramvajové zastávky a metra Českomoravská, trasa B s dostupností do centra Prahy 10 min.
Relaxovat můžete v Saunia v parku, který je v docházkové vzdálenosti 5 minut. Zacvičit si můžete ve fitness centru Form Factory či v I‘M FIT anebo si můžete jít zaběhat podél řeky Rokytky.Interiér bytu tvoří prostorná chodba s velkou šatní skříní, koupelna včetně WC, ložnice a obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem. Kuchyňský kout je plně vybaven spotřebiči včetně myčky, je zde nádobí a potřeby na vaření.
