Una de ellas es interior, situada en en el centro del complejo, mientras que la otra se encuentra abierta al mar y a la avenida marítima.

Tan sólo tienes que cruzar la calle para encontrar una de las varias pequeñas playas que se reparten a lo largo de la costa y la avenida.
Es una de las principales zonas de ocio. A un lado de la avenida se extienden por toda la costa pequeñas playas de callao (tan solo tienes que cruzar calle para remojarte en aguas del Océano Atlántico). El otro lado de la avenida está plagada de bares, cafeterías, heladerías, coktail bars, restaurantes y terrazas de todo tipo.
Cuando cae la tarde, la Avenida Marítima se llena de gente paseando disfrutando del ambiente de ocio y la magnífica temperaturas de las que disfruta Candelaria todo el año. Hay que destacar que es un recorrido fantástico para pasear e incluso para hacer jogging, disfrutando del olor a mar y la brisa marina.
Como otra información de interés, existen numerosos supermercados prácticamente al lado (Supercor, Mercadona, Alteza, Hiperdino, etc.) y a escasos minutos se encuentra el centro comercial 'Puntalarga' abierto los 365 días del año.
Desde el apartamento es muy fácil moverse a pie por todo Candelaria y Caletillas, porque es un pueblo muy cómodo y todo está muy a mano.
Si quieres moverte alrededor de la isla, Candelaria está estratégicamente situado ente el norte y eI sur. Desde el apartamento puedes acceder en coche a la autopista en menos de 1 minuto.
Por otro lado, también está la opción del autobus, ya que el apartamento está a 5 minutos andando de la estación central desde donde salen transporte con muchísima regularidad hacia el sur y hacia el norte. Il est situé dans l'Avenida Marítima, le meilleur quartier de Candelaria et Caletillas. Il vous suffit de traverser la rue pour trouver l'une des nombreuses petites plages qui s'étendent le long de la côte et de l'avenue.
