If you travel by car, it is very easy to park. Next to the apartment there are two large areas where you can park your vehicle for free. Request location of the same and with pleasure we will send it to you.
If you arrive in the City by Train, do not hesitate to hire a Taxi, in a few minutes it will drop you off at the apartment for an interesting price.

Arrivals later than 1:00 am are not accepted- Presentation of passports and / or National Identity Document through our application for the transmission of data to the National Police of Spain. Mandatory by law.- Responsible use of electrical energy.- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.- Do not leave the keys in the door lock from the inside. In the event that the keys are left in place and we cannot enter, the urgent locksmith service will be charged (€ 150).- Loss of the apartment keys. The amount of the copies of the same will be charged.- Lost objects. The company will not be responsible for objects left in the apartment that are not found by our cleaning staff. Check well before leaving the apartment.- Sending forgotten objects. In the event that we find a forgotten object in the apartment, we can send it to your home postage due, after payment of the service / delivery management of € 50.- Respect rest hours of the neighbors. From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. Do not cause noise nuisance.- Pets are not allowed.- Parties or events are not allowed. El apartamento se distribuye todo en una misma planta, al entrar disfrutarás de un gran espacio donde se localiza una gran cocina totalmente equipada, una zona de comedor para 4 personas y un espacio para el confort con un sofá, un sillón y TV. Desde este espacio abierto accederás a 2 habitaciones con ducha cada una de ellas. Una de las habitaciones dispone de una cómoda cama de matrimonio y la otra de 2 cómodas camas individuales.Si viajas en coche, es muy fácil aparcar. Junto al apartamento hay dos grandes superficies donde estacionar su vehículo gratis. Solicite ubicación de la misma y con mucho gusto se lo hacemos llegar.

- La hora de llegada puede ser a partir de las 16:00 ( consultar antes de reservar, posibilidad de llegar antes)- La hora de salida debe ser antes de las 11:00 máximo.
- Llegada después de las 20:00. Pago en efectivo de 20€ en la entrega de llaves. No se aceptan llegadas más tarde de las 1:00 am- Presentación de pasaportes y/o Documento Nacional de Identidad a través de nuestra aplicación para la transmisión de datos a la Policía Nacional de España. Obligatorio por Ley.
- Uso responsable de la energía eléctrica.
- Prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento.
- No dejar las llaves puestas en la cerradura de la puerta por dentro. En el caso que se dejen las llaves puestas y no podamos entrar, se les cobrará el servicio del cerrajero urgente ( 150€).
- Pérdida de las llaves del apartamento. Se cobrará el importe de las copias de las mismas.
- Objetos perdidos. La empresa no se responsabilizará de los objetos olvidados en el apartamento y que no sean encontrados por nuestro personal de limpieza. Revise bien antes de abandonar el apartamento.
- Envío de objetos olvidados. En el caso de que encontremos un objeto olvidado en el apartamento, podemos enviárselos a su domicilio a portes debidos, previo pago del servicio/ gestión del envío de 50€.
- Respetar horarios de descanso de los vecinos. Desde las 14h hasta las 17h y a partir de las 22h. No causar molestias por ruido.
- No se admiten mascotas.
- No se admiten fiestas o eventos.
