Sunny and cozy appartment with 1 double room and an extra room to work, big and confortable living room with a balcony and kitchen with all the stuff and a room with whashing machine and dryer. You also can use the common areas of the building with a swimming pool and parking. 10 minutes walk from the city center of Sant Cugat, an amzing area with many restaurants ans shops and 8 minutes walk to the train station to Barcelona city center (only 20 minutes ride). I live with 2 cats, so they stay at the apartment while I am travelling. You need to love cats to live with them during your time in Barcelona.

Apartamento luminoso y acogedor con 1 habitación doble con televisor y luz natural, y una segunda habitación que sirve de vestidor y despacho para trabajar con vistas a zonas verdes. Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada y una habitación independiente con lavadora y secadora. Se pueden usar las zonas comunes del edificio que cuentan con piscina comunitaria con jardín y césped y parking. El apartamento está a 6 minutos caminando del centro del pueblo, Sant Cugat, un hermoso sitio tranquilo y con muchas tiendas y restaurantes. A solo 8 minutos caminando hay una parada de tren que va directo a Barcelona en 20 minutos. Vivo con dos gatos, Gin y Sushi, que son parte de la familia. Así que me gustaría que quién se aloje sea un gran amante de los animales y pueda convivir con ellos.
