I rent a loft that is located in front of a lush forest, in an urbanization of the town of Vallromanes. It is a neighborhood of quiet neighbors who enjoy living in a place at the foot of the Sierra de la Marina, a mountain range that separates the coast from the interior. The forest hides various paths to explore on foot, by bicycle, on horseback and through which you can reach the coastal towns of Masnou, Alella or Vilassar de Mar (2 hours of excursion) The farm is 15-20 minutes away by car from these towns. Vallromanes has a horse riding school, two golf courses, thermal baths, a municipal swimming pool, tennis court, soccer and basketball fields. The easiest way to get from the house to other surrounding towns, including Barcelona, is by car, although it can also be reached by bus. But both to the center of Vallromanes and to Vilanova del Vallés, another nearby town, it only takes 3 to 5 minutes by bicycle or electric scooter. Being at the foot of the mountain, Vallromanes hardly has public transport. The nearest train station is the one in the town of Montmeló, 10 minutes away by car. The loft is located at the foot of the garden, in the lower part of a house located on a hillside. Me and two lovely girls live in the house :) The entrance to the farm of the house is common but each house has an independent entrance. You can also access the loft through the garden door. The garden and pool is shared with the people who live in the house. The car can be parked free of charge in the lower part of the garden or in the street (little traffic). In the house where we live there are also 3 triggers, all of them very nice :)

Ich miete ein Loft vor einem üppigen Wald in einer Urbanisation der Stadt Vallromanes. Es ist ein Viertel mit ruhigen Nachbarn, die gerne an einem Ort am Fuße der Sierra de la Marina leben, einer Bergkette, die die Küste vom Landesinneren trennt. Der Wald verbirgt verschiedene Wege, die Sie zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Pferd erkunden können und über die Sie die Küstenstädte Masnou, Alella oder Vilassar de Mar erreichen können (2 Stunden Ausflug). Der Bauernhof ist von diesen 15 bis 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt Städte. Vallromanes verfügt über eine Reitschule, zwei Golfplätze, Thermalbäder, ein städtisches Schwimmbad, einen Tennisplatz sowie Fußball- und Basketballplätze. Am einfachsten gelangt man vom Haus aus in andere umliegende Städte, darunter auch nach Barcelona, mit dem Auto, kann aber auch mit dem Bus erreicht werden. Aber sowohl zum Zentrum von Vallromanes als auch nach Vilanova del Vallés, einer weiteren nahegelegenen Stadt, benötigt man mit dem Fahrrad oder Elektroroller nur 3 bis 5 Minuten. Da Vallromanes am Fuße des Berges liegt, gibt es kaum öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Der nächstgelegene Bahnhof befindet sich in der Stadt Montmeló, 10 Autominuten entfernt. Das Loft befindet sich am Fuße des Gartens, im unteren Teil eines am Hang gelegenen Hauses. Ich und zwei nette Mädchen wohnen im Haus :) Der Eingang zum Bauernhof des Hauses ist gemeinsam, aber jedes Haus hat einen unabhängigen Eingang. Sie können den Dachboden auch durch die Gartentür betreten. Der Garten und der Pool werden mit den Bewohnern des Hauses geteilt. Das Auto kann kostenlos im unteren Teil des Gartens oder auf der Straße (wenig Verkehr) geparkt werden. In dem Haus, in dem wir wohnen, gibt es auch 3 Auslöser, alle sehr schön :)
Alquilo loft que se encuentra frente a un frondoso bosque, en una urbanización del pueblo de Vallromanes. Es un barrio de vecinos tranquilos que disfrutan de vivir en un lugar en la falda de la Sierra de la Marina, una cadena montañosa, que separa la costa del interior. El bosque esconde diversos senderos para explorar a pie, en bicicleta, a caballo y a través de los que se puede llegar a los pueblos de costa de Masnou, Alella o Vilassar de Mar (2 horas de excursión) La finca está a 15-20 minutos en coche de estos pueblos. Vallromanes cuenta con una hípica, dos campos de golf, baños termales, una piscina municipal, pista de tenis, campos de fútbol y baloncesto.La manera más fácil de desplazarse de la casa a otros pueblos de alrededor, incluyendo Barcelona, es con automóvil, aunque también puede llegarse en bus. Pero tanto al centro de Vallromanes com a Vilanova del Vallés, otro pueblo cercano, se tarda solo entre 3 o 5 minutos en bicicleta o patinete eléctrico. Al encontrarse al pie de la montaña, Vallromanes no cuenta con apenas con trasporte público. La estación de tren más cercana es la del pueblo de Montmeló, a 10 min en coche.El loft se encuentra a pie del jardín, en la parte baja de una casa situada en una ladera. En la casa vivimos dos chicas encantadoras y yo :) La entrada a la finca de la casa es común pero cada vivienda tiene una entrada independiente. Así mismo se puede acceder al loft por la puerta del jardín. El jardín y la piscina es compartido con las personas que vivimos en la casa. El coche puede aparcarse sin coste alguno en la parte de debajo del jardín o en la calle (poco transitada).En la casa donde vivimos también viven 3 gatillos, todos ellos muy simpáticos :)
Je loue un loft situé en face d'une forêt luxuriante, dans une urbanisation de la ville de Vallromanes. C'est un quartier de voisins tranquilles qui aiment vivre dans un endroit au pied de la Sierra de la Marina, une chaîne de montagnes qui sépare la côte de l'intérieur. La forêt cache divers sentiers à explorer à pied, à vélo, à cheval et à travers lesquels vous pourrez rejoindre les villes côtières de Masnou, Alella ou Vilassar de Mar (2 heures d'excursion) La ferme est à 15-20 minutes en voiture de ces les villes. Vallromanes possède une école d'équitation, deux terrains de golf, des thermes, une piscine municipale, un court de tennis, des terrains de football et de basket-ball. Le moyen le plus simple de se rendre de la maison aux autres villes environnantes, y compris Barcelone, est en voiture, bien qu'il soit également possible de s'y rendre en bus. Mais aussi bien au centre de Vallromanes qu'à Vilanova del Vallés, une autre ville voisine, cela ne prend que 3 à 5 minutes en vélo ou en scooter électrique. Étant au pied de la montagne, Vallromanes n'a pratiquement pas de transports en commun. La gare la plus proche est celle de la ville de Montmeló, à 10 minutes en voiture. Le loft est situé au pied du jardin, dans la partie basse d'une maison située à flanc de colline. Moi et deux jolies filles vivons dans la maison :) L'entrée de la ferme de la maison est commune mais chaque maison a une entrée indépendante. Vous pouvez également accéder au grenier par la porte du jardin. Le jardin et la piscine sont partagés avec les personnes qui vivent dans la maison. La voiture peut être garée gratuitement dans la partie basse du jardin ou dans la rue (peu de circulation). Dans la maison où nous vivons, il y a aussi 3 déclencheurs, tous très sympas :)

Это район тихих соседей, которым нравится жить у подножия Сьерра-де-ла-Марина, горного хребта, отделяющего побережье от внутренних районов. Лес скрывает различные тропы, которые можно исследовать пешком, на велосипеде, верхом и по которым можно добраться до прибрежных городов Масноу, Алелья или Вилассар-де-Мар (2 часа экскурсии). Ферма находится в 15-20 минутах езды на машине от этих города. В Валлроманес есть школа верховой езды, два поля для гольфа, термальные ванны, муниципальный бассейн, теннисный корт, футбольное и баскетбольное поля. Добраться от дома до других близлежащих городов, включая Барселону, проще всего на машине, хотя можно добраться и на автобусе. Но как до центра Вальроманеса, так и до Виланова-дель-Вальес, еще одного близлежащего города, можно добраться всего за 3–5 минут на велосипеде или электрическом скутере. Находясь у подножия горы, Валлроманес практически не имеет общественного транспорта. Ближайшая железнодорожная станция находится в городе Монтмело, в 10 минутах езды на машине. Лофт расположен у подножия сада, в нижней части дома, расположенного на склоне холма. В доме живем я и две милые девушки :) Вход на ферму дома общий, но каждый дом имеет отдельный вход. Вы также можете попасть на чердак через садовую дверь. Сад и бассейн являются общими с людьми, которые живут в доме. Машину можно бесплатно припарковать в нижней части сада или на улице (малое движение). В доме где мы живем тоже 3 триггера, все очень симпатичные :)
