WEEKLY ENTIRE HOUSE RENTAL. Enjoy a spacious house in one of Madrid’s classic neighbourhoods perfect for families. Near the centre with many schools, parks and very well connected. Located on a fourth floor with an elevator. Very well maintained house, with minimal expenses and owners nearby to assist you. Very near to the Metro, Light railway, Airport and A-6. The living space:
The house has 3 large bedrooms, a large living room, a large kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The living room is very luminous with space for 2 workstations (office furniture). It has a comfortable sofa and fiber optic WiFi (fast and reliable). The kitchen is very spacious (the hub of family life) and has an extendible table for 8 people as well as an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, family fridge, washing machine and plenty of storage space. The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 large wardrobes and a large chest of 12 drawers. The two single bedrooms have wardrobes, 2 beds per room and 1 desk each. The house has 2 complete bathrooms. The house has central heating with individual radiators and is cool in summer and warm in winter. The building has few neighbours (it’s quiet) and has a doorman.The Neighbourhood:
