A belváros zajától elzártan, mégis közel több villamos és buszmegállóhoz, néhány percre a 3-as metró megállójától, így akár 10-15 perc alatt eljuthatunk innen átszállás nélkül a Hősök terére vagy a Nyugati pályaudvarra, 20 perc alatt pedig a belváros közepébe juthatunk, a Deák térre, egyetlen busz vagy metróúttal.A lakás közelében található a Városliget, Széchenyi fürdő, a Fővárosi Állat- és Növénykert. A lakásból kilépve pedig a szomszédos utcákban több étkezde van, illetve gyógyszertár, pékség, zöldséges, még állatorvosi rendelő is található, a sarkon kisbolt (5 perc sétára nagyobb üzlet is elérhető).
