C'è una piscina di acqua salata di 9 x 4 m con una profondità di 2,00 m fino a 0,90 m. In piscina c'è una doccia, quattro lettini e due ombrelloni. C'è un barbecue in pietra e un forno a legna ideale per preparare i pasti all'aperto. C'è un'area pavimentata di 100 m2 e un prato con un orto di 35 m2. C'è una diapositiva per i bambini piccoli.
